- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Received a call to advise me I could no longer attend their practice, I was unable to register for 11 days with another practice. When I advised Village practice of this they refused my prescription , I am asthmatic and need Ventolin inhalers on a regular basis. I had no letter or correspondence to advise me that I would not be able to attend due to change of address as previous letters about appointments had been sent to new address with no mention that this was an issue. This is very poor practice and they should not be able to get away with this poor care of patients. i saw the Dr a day before this happened and he was aware of details and never mentioned there would be a problem, Did not even want to enter one star but would not send without!!!!by Andrea WoodOctober 28, 2017
